MVC is an additive added to fuel, breaking the hydrocarbon chain, releasing hydrogen that acts as a catalyst in combustion.

Why choose MVC?

The increased flame propagation speed combined with MVC's action as a fuel pour point depressant ensures improved cold start performance.

Removing carbon from the engine prevents the formation of hot spots, which are primarily responsible for knocking and self-ignition.

MVC is non-corrosive, as confirmed by chemical tests conducted by the Corrosion Research Center (Citefa/Conicet) in accordance with ASTM D130 standards. MVC also prevents the formation of lacquers, gums, and rust on intake system components.

In the case of boilers, the soot produced by unburned fuel in the combustion chamber is deposited on the tube walls, preventing normal heat exchange and resulting in a loss of efficiency.
Furthermore, since combustion is more efficient, the excess air required is minimal, resulting in significant savings in fuel consumption.

Since MVC produces the complete combustion of the mixture, no new carbons are formed due to residues of unburned fuel. Likewise, any carbons existing before the use of MVC are gradually eliminated, which allows the injectors, valves, spark plugs, piston heads, rings and combustion chamber to be kept clean. This decarbonization minimizes maintenance stops. According to customer information, MVC allowed the useful life of the injectors to be extended from 2,000 to 6,000 hours. In addition, as a result of decarbonization, the rings become detached and act properly against the cylinder walls.

Greater fuel atomization, which minimizes contact with the cold cylinder walls, and proper ring function prevent oil leakage through the rings, thus preventing oil contamination. This way, the lubricant's properties are not altered by the action of the fuel and its useful life is significantly extended, allowing the replacement period to triple, according to customer reports.

MVC does not contain heavy elements such as lead and cadmium and does not modify the cetane or octane number of the fuel (See Citefa/Conicet test 7/05/96). It is a combination of hydrocarbons and organic elements that, by achieving complete combustion of the fuel, minimizes the emission of polluting gases. According to tests and customer testimonials, gas emissions have been reduced by around 50%.

MVC is a solution that, when added to fuel, reduces its surface tension, improving its atomization so that it can optimally contact oxygen. MVC also breaks the carbon chains in the fuel, releasing hydrogen, which acts as a combustion catalyst. This increases the flame propagation rate and the combustion rate, ensuring the maximum possible calorific energy delivered, resulting in complete combustion.

With complete fuel combustion, for the same power output, combustion efficiency is significantly increased, allowing for an average fuel consumption saving of 15%.

The transformation of heat energy into thermal energy, which is then converted into mechanical energy in less time, results in a higher piston speed, accelerating the crankshaft's motion. Since HP is a function of engine torque and RPM, this crankshaft acceleration transmits greater power.
Power increases of around 8% have been verified in competition, according to tests conducted by Vigovich Motores Computados.
